A 4-Month Nightmare: My Order Was Lost and Customer Service Was a JOKE 😡
I'm sharing this to warn everyone about my terrible online shopping experience. I do not recommend ordering from them at all. I ordered more than 4 MONTHS ago and I have still not received my order. I tried to get a refund, but you only can get a refund if the order is returned. The order is lost in the mail. When I sent in a request to have the order remade I was told that it would take 2 business days for a representative to get back to me—it’s been almost 2 WEEKS since then and there’s been no response. No matter how you contact them, all responses are auto-generated and you cannot actually speak to a real person… Genuinely, the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. After weeks of fighting automated systems, I finally reached a human, and this is how our conversation went.
Customer: I've been waiting over four months for my order. It's lost, your bot ignored my remake request from two weeks ago, and I can't get a refund. Can you finally help me?
CS Rep: I am so sorry for this unacceptable delay and the frustration you've experienced. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can investigate this for you immediately?
Customer: It’s order GSU78112. Your system is a joke. How am I supposed to return a lost order to get a refund? It makes no sense.
CS Rep: You are absolutely right, and I sincerely apologize for that system flaw. I see your order is indeed lost in transit. I am overriding the system now to issue a full and immediate refund to your original payment method. This has been handled poorly, and I am sorry.
Customer: Fine. Just process the refund. I have zero confidence I'll ever receive anything from your company.
CS Rep: I understand completely. The refund has been processed. You should see the funds back in your account within 3-5 business days. Again, my deepest apologies for this entire ordeal.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.

That amazing trip I was just talking about? A huge part of the vibe came from how confident I felt, and honestly, a lot of that came down to my killer shades. I've received so many compliments and questions about my Retro Square Sunglasses, and for good reason. Trying to get help was impossible. Their customer service was just an endless loop of automated bots, and they refused to issue a refund unless I returned the lost order—make it make sense! It was genuinely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed, and I almost swore off buying glasses online for good. 😭
After that disaster, I was incredibly hesitant to try again. 🤔 A friend, however, insisted I give Mozaer.com a shot. I was skeptical until I saw a review that really caught my eye. It said:
