I'm here to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take 3 business days. This blatant false advertising and their horrible customer service, which relies entirely on automated bots and endless phone systems, compelled me to leave this review and relentlessly try to speak with someone.
Customer: Finally, a human! I paid for next-day delivery, $19.95, and then I get an email saying my order will take three business days. This is a complete fraud, you're charging for a service you don't provide! CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching us, and for the confusion regarding your delivery. I see your order placed on February 18th for Plano lenses. Let me investigate why the next-day delivery promise wasn't met. Customer: There's nothing to investigate! Your site said "eligible for next day delivery," and I paid for it. Now, it's clearly not next day, and I've already been through endless automated systems and emails with no reply. I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded, immediately. CS Rep: I truly understand your frustration with this situation, sir/ma'am. It sounds like a very disappointing experience. I've located the charge for expedited shipping. I can confirm a full refund of $19.95 for that delivery fee will be processed back to your original payment method today. Customer: Thank you. That's what I should have received from the start, instead of all this hassle.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
