A 19-Day Nightmare for a 3-5 Day 'Express' Promise 😠
I'm writing this to warn anyone considering this website about my absolutely terrible experience. I needed glasses urgently, so I paid extra for express shipping, but it was a complete lie. This is my honest take: Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!! The complete lack of communication and the unacceptable delay forced me to contact their support, hoping for some real answers.
Customer: I placed an order on March 30th and paid for 3-5 day express shipping because my old pair broke. It's been 11 days and my order is still in production. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this delay and the frustration it has caused. I completely understand your urgency. Can I please have your order number to look into this for you? Customer: It's [Order Number]. I want my express shipping fee refunded immediately. What's the point of paying for it if you can't deliver? I've been without glasses for almost two weeks now. CS Rep: Thank you. I see the delay here and I sincerely apologize. I have just processed a full refund for your $10 shipping fee. The updated tracking shows your glasses should now be delivered in approximately 6 more days. Customer: Six MORE days? So, nearly 20 days for an "express" order? A $10 refund doesn't fix this. You shouldn't offer services you can't provide. This is a terrible way to run a business. CS Rep: I understand your disappointment, and you are right to be upset. I have added a 15% discount credit to your account for a future purchase. I am very sorry for this poor experience.
The reason I left this review on the website is to warn other customers about their misleading shipping promises and to let them know this company clearly doesn't care about its customers.
