After two perfectly fine orders in the past, my third encounter was a complete disaster, forcing me to leave a review and battle through their customer service maze. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery" as advertised, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take three business days to process. Getting help was a nightmare; I had to fight past useless chat bots and endless automated phone menus just to speak to a real person.

Customer: I finally got a human. I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and now you're telling me it will take three days just to process. Your website is lying to customers, and your automated system is a joke. I want my shipping fee refunded immediately.

CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the misleading information and the difficulty you had reaching us. I can see the next-day delivery charge on your order. That is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I apologize for the frustration.

Customer: It’s beyond frustrating. I sent emails with no reply. I tried the chat, and it's a bot. I called and got a machine. It feels like you take the money and then make it impossible to get help when you don't deliver on your promise.
