AVOID! My Experience with Misleading Delivery Claims & Fraudulent Charges! 😡🚨


Let me tell you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning to others. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers; they are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I placed an order, and their site explicitly said "eligible for next day delivery," so I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I got an email saying my order would take "3 business days" to process. Where was my next-day delivery? This blatant misleading made me feel compelled to reach out to customer service to demand a refund for the service I clearly wasn't receiving.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and now I'm being told my order will take 3 business days to process. This is completely unacceptable, and I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the confusion regarding our delivery times. While the website may show "eligible for next day delivery," there is still a processing period for all orders.

Customer: Processing period? These are Plano lenses, there's no prescription to fill! And "eligible" for next day doesn't mean "it might take three days." You charged me for a service you aren't providing. I expect that fee back.

CS Rep: I hear your concern about the delivery fee, especially with Plano lenses. I am truly sorry for the miscommunication. I can process a full refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery charge right away. Please expect it to reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
