😡 My Nightmare: 19 Days & Still No Glasses!
Let me tell you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning to others. I ordered glasses on March 30th, paid for express shipping, expecting them in 3-5 days because my old glasses were broken. But days turned into weeks. Day 5, still in production. Day 10, still in production. It was absolutely terrible. Even after I called on Day 11 to ask for a shipping refund – which they gave me, almost too easily – these glasses were still 6 days out on delivery. On Day 19, or whatever it was, I still had no glasses! The frustration and utter disappointment pushed me to contact customer service, hoping for a real solution, and now, to leave this review so others don't waste their money on a company that clearly doesn't care about its customers.
Customer: I ordered glasses on March 30th, paid for express shipping, and it's now Day 19. Where are my glasses? This is completely unacceptable!

Customer: Far beyond is an understatement! I paid extra because my old glasses broke, and I needed these urgently. You promised 3-5 days, then it just kept saying "in production." What is the actual status and when will they arrive?
