Customer Service Nightmare: Trapped in an Automated Hell 😡
I'm writing this to warn others about my awful experience so they can be more careful. The purchase was easy, but when a problem arose, I was trapped in a nightmare of automated systems and unhelpful support. It’s forced me to conclude that you should shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. I had to call them to try and resolve my issue, which led to this infuriating conversation.
Customer: I've finally gotten through to a person. My glasses are defective, and your automated system is a complete joke. Is anyone going to help me or just take my money?
CS Rep: I am very sorry for the frustration this has caused. I can assure you I am here to help. Could you please provide your order number?
Customer: It's 5489-TX. The anti-scratch coating is already peeling off. I want a refund. This feels like a complete scam.
CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order. I sincerely apologize for the quality issue with your lenses; that is certainly not our standard. I can process a full refund for you right now.
Customer: Just process it. I've wasted enough time. I don't understand how your company operates like this. It’s impossible to get real help.
