I was sent the wrong prescription safety glasses, and it’s been causing me dizziness and nausea. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a health and safety issue. What made it worse was that it’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved, despite multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails. I felt utterly compelled to leave a review and keep trying to engage with customer service, hoping to find a resolution.

Customer: I received safety glasses with the wrong prescription, and it's making me dizzy and nauseous. I've tried multiple times to reach someone, but I can’t get ahold of a live person to help! CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry to hear about this, especially with safety glasses. That sounds truly awful and frustrating. Please provide your order number, and I will investigate this immediately. Customer: It's order #12345. This isn't just wrong, it's affecting my health. I need these corrected, not just acknowledged. I recommended buying from another company because of this lack of support. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration and the serious impact this has had. We absolutely need to fix this for you. I’m initiating a priority remake of your prescription lenses and arranging expedited shipping at no extra charge. I'll also send you a return label for the incorrect pair.
